City Fiction signs new author

The Company’s growing activities are being bolstered by the recruitment of Oliver (“Olly”) Richbell. A lawyer specialising in Dispute Avoidance and Mediation, Olly has played a significant role in preparing for publication the second in the ‘Novella Nostalgia’ series (‘Twelve Troubled Jurors’). He is now to write in his own name Novella Five. ‘Gloriana,’ due out later this year, is inspired by the Tom Cruise film ‘Valkyrie’. In its modern form, the British Prime Minister faces grave personal danger as the triggering of Article 50 unleashes political fury.

Olly lives in Bedford with wife Lisa and daughter Florence. He is a well-known personality in Bedford rugby circles and at The Bedford Club as well as through his extensive charity work as Chairman of Wooden Spoon Bedfordshire.

According to publisher Dave Lyons “Oliver is a special talent. His legal background and sense of plotting and intrigue is an exciting mixture.”
